Chef Stephen Barber, of Farmstead, the seven-year-old restaurant at the Long Meadow Ranch in Napa Valley, is hosting our very own Chef Charles Welch of Honey's at his guest chef series this summer. The guest chefs are expected to bring their own interpretation of Californian cuisine to the table, and, we know Chef Charlie will do us proud.
The event takes place on Friday, July 14th, with a 6PM reception and a 7PM dinner planned. Chef Charlie's menu is to include fire roasted pork shoulder rillettes, chermoula marinated halloumi, and roasted lamb.
