On June 5th, Honey's was proud to host Virginia's NYC in-house for a special dinner event, a collaboration between friends and Trotter's Alumni.
Virginia's owner Reed Adelson joined us and led our guests from a cocktail reception in the Atrium Bar, followed by a 5-Course dinner in the dining room.
Virginia's Executive Chef Matt Conroy met Honey's own Executive Chef Charles Welch in our kitchen, and dinner included:
Poached Halibut with artichokes barigoule, sugar snap peas, breakfast radish and baby turnip
Pan Roasted Duck Breast with carrot, farro and smoked honey
Lemon Posset with black rice tuile, blackberries and sorrel
Was an amazing time with old friends!
