We are pleased to announce our newest team member, Beverage Director Gil Izaguirre.
Gil is a Chicago native, with an impressive tenure at Boka and the Robey hotel. But his passion for hospitality developed much younger, as he created dinners for his younger siblings and family. Later, as his career developed, Gil turned his passion behind the bar, and his professional experience makes Gil a great leader to the hospitality team at Honey's.
His new cocktail menu (which just launched last week) is a wonderful companion to our dinner program.
